Frankly, remembering what I ate for dinner last night is a struggle, let alone recalling my diet from three days ago. Gradually, I realized that my efforts to enhance my dietary choices needed to be mirrored by an equal degree of attentiveness to environmental toxins laden with chemicals that can significantly contribute to the pain associated with IC.
